REFUND POLICY Compared to other tour operators we have a very liberal refund policy, the main difference being that in case of family or business emergency and you are unable to make a tour on your date I will give you the option of whatever refund you are entitled to or allow you to reschedule your tour dates. MOTO LOCO ADVENTURE TOURS is the only motorcycle tour company I am aware of that will allow this! I do it because I understand sometimes we have unavoidable circumstances and I want you to come here. I am also sure you wanted to come or you would not have gotten two thirds of the way into this adventure. Bottom line to me is if you don't come you can't go home and tell your buddies what a good time they missed out on! Otherwise "REFUNDS" are 1/2 of the first two payments. The third payment which is just due 2 weeks before the tour is non-refundable". Per industry practice NO REFUNDS once a tour has started. If an Emergency forced you to leave I will allow you to come back and join another tour however. I can't be any more fair about it than this.
LIABILITY RELEASE You will be required to sign a Liability Release upon your arrival in Quito. This will warn you of everything from running off a Mountain to being run over by a Bull. You will agree to indemnify Moto Loco Adventure Tours and anyone that works with us for any accidents, acts of God, acts of ignorance or just plain bad luck. We all know that motorcycling can be dangerous and we all do what we can to minimze those risks but they are still there.
RULES OF THE ROADYou will be required to sign a Rules of the Road sheet where you will agree to conduct yourself and use our motorcycles in a responsible manner. It is basically stating that you will not be riding wheelies through town, jumping curbs, carrying senoritas on the back, and will generally respect the laws of Ecuador. Fred thinks I wrote this for him but he's wrong. He just gave me lots of ideas!
SUMMARYYou are coming here to have a good time and we are having a good time with you coming here so lets keep it that way. Our motorcycles are high performance models and you can use their potential to you hearts content when in the appropriate area(Off-Road, Sparsely Populated). The rest of the time take care of our motorcycles, the native people and yourself. We in turn provide motorcycles that are a cut above your normal XR. We outfit them with accessories that protect them well and we won't squabble about the petty stuff if you drop one. Fair Enough?
