activities here can be dangerous or even fatal and that you willingly accept
that risk. We don’t want to sue anyone and we don’t want anyone suing us. No amount of maintenance, safety discussions or experience can eliminate all accidents of the road. Ecuador while being a Beautiful Countryone has more than it’s share of road hazards and more than its share of bad drivers. If an accident does occur we will do our best to get you to
proper care but it is your responsibility to pay for that care and any
rehabilitation.

of riding motorcycles & traveling in a foreign country and accept full

Off-Road type motorcycles for our tours. You are here to have a good time on our motorcycles and to have what is
likely a once in a lifetime experience exploring Ecuador. Our greatest desire is for you to leave here
in one piece and for you to return home and tell everyone what a wonderful
place Ecuador is and what nice tours and motorcycles Moto Loco has. The following should help us achieve this
goal. When we are Dirt Roads or Trails & you have a clear view of the road/trail and to the side of it then have fun. If you don't have a clear view then conduct yourself in a manner that will get you back home safe and sound. 1. I will operate Moto Loco Adventure Tours (MLAT) vehicles
in a responsible manner so as to protect the vehicles and myself. 2. I will inspect the Motorcycles
with the Moto Loco Tours Mechanic and sign off on a daily inspection report and
if the motorcycle develops a problem I will immediately notify 3. I understand the inherent risks
of riding motorcycles and have the experience and ability to operate a High
Performance Motorcycle safely. 4. I will use protective equipment; Helmet, Gloves, Goggles and Boots, at all times.
